Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns of UNUSED UNOPENED merchandise within 30 days are accepted for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within thirty (30) days of shipment with valid proof of purchase and provided such products are returned in their original condition.

 

To return products please email our National Cathedral Returns Department at wncretailstore@thessagroup.com Returns are shipped back to the National Cathedral Gift Shop at the expense of the customer. We strongly recommend that that return shipments be fully insured against loss or damage and provide a proof of delivery for your protection.

 

Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) business days upon the receipt of your merchandise at the National Cathedral Gift Shop. Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.

 

WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.

For defective returns, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty included with the product or as detailed in the product's description on our Site.
